El Gato, Colonial Zone, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic

A cat had gotten itself stuck on a balcony of an empty building. He was howling up a storm. The entire street turned out to watch the fire department rescue the cat, which, rather than be rescued jumped into a vent and into the building. The firemen didn’t find him.
